Quarantine was introduced in Kharkiv region due to the virus

In the Kharkiv region, quarantine was introduced due to the African swine fever virus. This is reported by the State Food and Consumer Service of the Kharkiv region. According to them, the corpses of two pigs were found in the forest at a distance of 2 km from the village of Grintsov Rog. DNA of the ASF virus was found in animal biomaterials during a laboratory study.

On October 24, specialists established quarantine and defined an action plan for the prevention of ASF. Quarantine was introduced in the villages of Cranes, Grintsev Rog, Voitenki.
